This part of the Costa
Blanca benefits from many glorious beaches of fine sand and
warm water such as Guardamar, La Zenia, and La Mata, and the
area also has a number of small and quiet bays with
transparent water such as Campoamor and Cabo Roig.
A number of the beaches
also offer facilities such as bars, restaurants, and
volleyball nets; and the majority of the beaches have been
awarded "blue flag" status, which reflects their superb
quality.
The climate and the
excellent beaches of course lend themselves to a variety of
water sports like wind surfing, surfing, water ski-ing.
Sheltered by the southern
dike of the port, it is one of the beaches in Torrevieja
with more ludic and sport animation and wide range of
activities. Of semi-urban aspect, it shows clean waters and
fine almost white sand. Its environment is marked by Las
Salinas and La Laguna in Torrevieja.
